Rates
Please call for session rates. Reduced, sliding scale fee options available. Group rates are determined by group size and services requested (call for more details). Hourly rate for services is $125 per billed hour.

All Other Carriers are considered out of network
All fees are due at time of service and receipts for service will be provided for submission to insurance providers if out-of-network benefits are to be utilized.

For credit card payments, you will need to complete and submit a Credit Card Authorization Form

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available for patients experiencing financial hardship.
Cancellation Policy
Patients who fail to arrive for a scheduled therapy session without 48-hours advanced notice will be charged the full session costs.
